Question: When and where should we meet for the pre-show backstage tour?

Pergunta: Quando e onde devemos nos encontrar para o programa pré-show (visita aos bastidores)?

 

Answer: The Backstage Experience begins promptly 90 minutes (1.5 hours) prior to start of the concert. We suggest arriving another 15 minutes earlier than that to check-in.

Resposta: O BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE começa pontualmente 90 minutos (uma hora e meia) antes do início do show. Sugerimos que cheguem com mais 15 minutos de antecedência para o check-in.


 

 

Question: What time will the BACKSTAGE EVENT end?

Pergunta: Que hora terminará a visita aos bastidores?

 

Answer: It varies from night to night, but you should allocate an additional 30 to 90 minutes after the end of the concert for the BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE.

Question: If I am attending the concert with another person who is NOT participating in the BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE, where will that person wait for me?

Answer: The other person can wait for you somewhere in the public area of the arena. This varies, depending on the security rules of the arena. Just discuss with the security guards at the venue on the night of the show, and they will tell you the best place for the other person to wait and to meet up with you later.

Resposta: A pessoa deverá esperar por você em algum lugar da área pública do teatro. Isto irá variar, dependendo das normas de segurança de cada teatro. Question: Can I buy the Backstage Experience package for other persons (not myself) to use?

Pergunta: Posso comprar o pacote BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE para outra pessoa usar?

 

Answer: Yes, you can buy the package for another person. After your purchase, you can log in to your Backstage Profile to tell us the names of the Participant who will actually attend the event. The VOUCHER will be issued in the name of the Participant, and the Participant will have to bring his/her photo ID and to the event. If the Purchaser is not attending the BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE, the Purchaser does NOT need to accompany the Participant to the event.

Resposta: Sim, você pode comprar para outra pessoa. Após a compra, você deverá acessar o seu BACKSTAGE PROFILE para nos informar o nome da pessoa que efetivamente participará do evento. O VOUCHER será emitido em nome da pessoa indicada, que deverá portar documento de identidade (com foto) no dia do evento. Se a pessoa que fez a compra não for participar do BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE, não precisará acompanhar o participante.

Answer: Yes, you can purchase up to 4 Backstage packages per transaction.
