A limited number of packages are available as an ADD-ON to your existing concert ticket, for all venues in Asia.

This BACKSTAGE package is an ADD-ON to your separately-purchased concert ticket. Your seat location will depend on what you purchase separately.

PRE-SHOW PROGRAM: Insider's backstage tour

The tour will be conducted in ENGLISH only.

  • Initial tour concept/planning
  • Daily routine -- load-in, stage construction, rigging, catering, lighting/PA, wardrobe, band/dancer rehearsals, sound check etc.

 

As this is an authentic, unvarnished insider's tour, in a "live" working environment, you'll never know what or whom you may run into! The itinerary will vary and may include...

  • Sound and lighting department

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Question: When and where should we meet for the pre-show backstage tour?

Answer: The Backstage Experience begins promptly 90 minutes (1.5 hours) prior to start of the concert. We suggest arriving another 15 minutes earlier than that to check-in.

Question: What time will the BACKSTAGE EVENT end?

Answer: It varies from night to night, but you should allocate an additional 30 to 90 minutes after the end of the concert for the BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE.

Question: If I am attending the concert with another person who is NOT participating in the BACKSTAGE EXPERIENCE, where will that person wait for me?

Answer: The other person can wait for you somewhere in the public area of the arena. This varies, depending on the security rules of the arena. Just discuss with the security guards at the venue on the night of the show, and they will tell you the best place for the other person to wait and to meet up with you later.
